Terms of Service
Plain-language summary of how AmorLink works. Have this reviewed by legal counsel for your jurisdiction before launch.
1. Eligibility (18+)
AmorLink is an adult service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the service. By using AmorLink you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use AmorLink only for lawful purposes and in line with our 18+ Content & Acceptable Use Policy, which lists the content that is prohibited outright. You may not attempt to generate, request, upload, or share any prohibited content, and you may not misuse, probe, or attempt to bypass our safety systems.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Companions and conversations are tied to your account; do not share access or impersonate others.
4. Payments, Sparks and subscriptions
AmorLink is free to start. Optional paid plans and Sparks (the on-platform credit for image and video generation) unlock more. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the period you select and can be cancelled from Settings; you keep access until the end of a period you have already paid for. Sparks are a licence to use a feature, not a stored-value instrument, and have no cash value.
5. AI-generated content
Companions are fictional AI characters. Conversations and generated media are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate; they are for entertainment and companionship and are not professional advice. Every character is an adult and fictional.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the 18+ policy, including any attempt to create or share prohibited content. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmorLink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
